Final and Non-Refundable: All purchases at Ascot Chocolates are considered final and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of our confections.

Order Information: Ascot Chocolates is not liable for incorrect order information provided by the customer. Please ensure that all details entered during the ordering process are accurate.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by our third-party delivery partners cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Cancellations or Modifications: Any cancellations or modifications, such as a change of delivery address or order quantity, require a notification lead time of 24 hours before the chosen delivery date.

Delivery Address Updates: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided during the order placement are accurate. Any changes must be communicated via the email address or mobile number on record.

Perishable Items and RTO (Return to Origin): Some gift hampers and items sold on our website are perishable and/or heat-sensitive. If the recipient is unavailable during the delivery, and the package is marked as RTO, Ascot Chocolates will inspect the items for damage or spoilage. The Company will notify the sender of any damage requiring replacement and advise on the replacement cost. The customer can choose to incur this additional charge for replacement or cancel the order. If canceled, the Company will refund the amount less the value of the damaged items.
